When ALCTS, LITA, and LLAMA combined to form Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures, the new division requested a vibrant, welcoming, progressive logo to unite them and carry them into a new era. This solution combines elements and colors from all three previous logos.

The brief for this logo project included a request to visually link it to the ALA Youth Media Awards.

The committee for the first annual ALA Jubilee requested a logo conveying pride, festivity, and cultural enrichment.

The PLA Leadership Lab is a virtual classroom where participants learn equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice (EDISJ) approaches, leadership development, and asset-based community development.

The PLA Spring Retreat focuses on hot topics affecting public libraries while also emphasizing staff wellness.

Each year we work with YALSA to create a fresh logo and branding for their annual Symposium, representing the location and generating excitement and visual recognition.

Part of the brief for this logo project was to communicate the idea of advocacy without specifically using the word, and to take inspiration from the United for Libraries color palette.

Our task was to provide RUSA with a new logo and coordinating logos for their six sections. This solution uses color and form to make the main logo and section logos both cohesive with each other and distinct from one another.

The Our Voices Initiative (led by OIF and ODLOS) helps libraries grow their collections of diverse, quality, locally produced literature. This contemporary, fun logo uses color to represent diversity, and the forms of a book and a speech bubble to represent literary voices.

National Library Legislative Day is a two-day educational event that brings hundreds of librarians, trustees, library supporters, and patrons to Washington, D.C. The ALA Washington Office requested a logo that was modern, clean, internet-friendly, professional, political, casual, and trendy.

Participants in PLA's Dynamic Planning Institute learn how to create a dynamic strategic plan, creating actionable pathways for decision making, community involvement, and funding priorities. The strong diagonals in this logo are dynamic, while the color palette evokes seriousness without being stuffy.
